In line with NHS guidance we are obliged to suspend all routine eye examinations. However we are open for urgent and essential care, this is being done on an “as required” basis which means we will see people by arrangement. This will enable us to manage our responsibilities to customers and staff. Also in line with NHS protocol we are able to offer remote consultations via e-mail or phone. If you have an eye problem which is visible when you look in the mirror (for other problems see below), simply photograph it and attach it to an e-mail (email@example.com) containing your name, address and phone number, we will then contact you to advise how best to proceed. If you have a problem with your spectacles or contact lenses let us know by e-mail, phone or pop the spectacles through our letterbox with your name and number and we will do our best to repair them and get them back to you ASAP. If your Spectacles are lost or broken beyond repair, you feel your vision has changed rapidly or you need to order contact lenses please contact us as above and we will contact you to arrange the appropriate appointment. Our e-mail, answerphone and letterbox are being checked daily.
SCHearing can be contacted by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone:077855574989.
